A thought for the times...
Any organization can benefit from improving their internal "cultural competencies". An inexpensive yet effective way of helping employees develop their cultural literacy levels is by providing them with a Multicultural Calendar. A calendar is a dynamic tool which most employees use on a regular basis. Why not give one to every employee? It's a gift that gives.
