After all resolutions had already to withstand first temptations, and many have surely gone out the window by now, the question then arises: Why is it so difficult to change? First of all, the habit is an immensely powerful energy. Furthermore, every change harbors fear. So we are dealing with two giants: habit and fear. In order to tackle these you need two powers at least as big, namely faith (in yourself) and love (towards yourself). If you exercise this, you can change everything. Then there is no need for resolutions ...
